General
Who attends?
SportsPro AI is the place for the true value of AI technologies to be realised; where rights holders, sports properties and platforms can learn not only about the theory of AI but witness practical examples of its current implementation and future potential, as well as connect with the right people driving the AI revolution.

Where is SportsPro AI taking place?
SportsPro AI will be taking place at the London Stadium, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, E20 2ST.
Located in the Stratford district of London, the London Stadium has excellent transport links, making it easy for you to get to. Find directions here.
What are the dates and opening times of SportsPro AI?
SportsPro AI will be taking place on 23rd and 24th September 2025.
Doors open from 8:20am on 23rd September and 8:30am on 24th September.
Is there an event app?
Yes! You can acess the full agenda, connect with fellow attendees, and kickstart your netwokring on our event app, which you can download from any app store – simply search SportsPro Events.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, the dress code is business casual.
Travel, Accomodation and On site
Where can I book accomodation?
SportsPro AI does not have an official accommodation partner, however, you can check out some suggestions for local hotels here.
Are there cloak rooms on site?
Cloakrooms will be located on the 3rd floor of the stadium. Once up the escalator, turn left and the cloakroom will be on your left. It will also be signposted when you arrive at the venue.
Will there be Wi-Fi available on site?
Wi-fi will be freely available on-site, no password required. It is an open network: LSFreeWIFI
Will there be meeting spaces I can use for calls?
There will be a dedicated area for Meeting Huddles arranged through our Event App. Opposite to the Meeting Huddles, there will be a Quiet Zone where you can hold personal calls and access power to recharge any devices throughout the day. Both spaces will be on the 3rd floor, opposite the Networking Zone.

Travelling to the UK
For those travelling to the UK without a visa or EU status, we wanted to highlight the new UK entry restrictions which came into place on 1st April 2025.
Please ensure you apply for your Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) at least 3 days in advance of your travel.

Can I upgrade my pass type?

What does my pass give me access to?
SportsPro AI has 2 pass types available.
Conference pass: Access to SportsPro AI 2025 (23 & 24 September), full access to all in-person content & networking areas, food & drink included, full access to the event platform, SportsPro Events.
Membership pass: Everything that’s included with a Conference Pass, plus x1 Business Intelligence membership and x1 SportsPro Business Intelligence Report.

What networking do I have access to?
There are a number of dedicated networking hours in the agenda for all attendees, as well as access to connect and set up meetings through the event app.
