SportsPro AI + Tech will be taking place at the London Stadium, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, E20 2ST.
Please head to Entrance B upon arrival.
Located in the Stratford district of London, the London Stadium has excellent transport links, making it easy for you to get to.

Yes, the dress code is business casual.
SportsPro AI + Tech does not have an official accommodation partner; however, you can check out some suggestions for local hotels here.
Cloakrooms will be located on the 3rd floor of the stadium. Once up the escalator, turn left and the cloakroom will be on your left. It will also be signposted when you arrive at the venue.
Wi-fi will be freely available on-site, no password required. It is an open network: LSFreeWIFI
There will be a dedicated area for Meeting Huddles arranged through our Event App. Opposite to the Meeting Huddles, there will be a Quiet Zone where you can hold personal calls and access power to recharge any devices throughout the day. Both spaces will be on the 3rd floor, opposite the Networking Zone.

SportsPro AI + Tech has 2 pass types available.
Standard pass: Access to SportsPro AI + Tech 2026 (29 & 30 September), full access to all in-person content & networking areas, food & drink included, full access to the event platform, SportsPro Events.
Startup Access pass: Everything that’s included with a Standard Pass, plus access to the SportsPro Investment Summit (21st July, 2026).
Partners: A member of our team will be in touch with you directly to register your partner passes.
Speakers: A member of our team will register your pass for you.
